Rig A/C and Electric

Tap a rig to see the locator, the rig manager and the mileage from where you are now. The rig number is the physical location. Not necessarily who gets billed.
The rig is the physical location. Who gets billed is a separate answer.
Enter what you paid and who you bought it from. The app works out what the customer is charged. A part the customer provided goes in the narrative only, never priced.
{{ catalogNote }}Call it whatever you call it. The office matches it up to the catalog later, so the name you use here never blocks you.
Cathy at Rig ACE, 337-298-3115. Call, text or email. Recording it does not hold the ticket.
Anything on top of labor, mileage and parts. Each line says its own rule.
The problem as you found it, and the same thing after you fixed it. Shot here or taken on your phone. They are resized on this phone, held as blobs until there is signal, then uploaded to the office. A missing storage bucket fails in red — nothing is pretended uploaded.
Sign with a finger above the line. The stroke is saved on this phone as you lift. Reload and airplane mode keep the mark.
Everything the office needs before this leaves the phone. One place, checked once.

Shoot what the next man has to find. Photos queue as blobs and upload when you have signal.

You do not pick this. Two things hold a tier: how much of your own work you bring in, and how much you feed the men below you. Cross a mark and the office is told. The office decides.

{{ noticeStamp }}Rig ACE services electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air-conditioning systems on drilling rigs and industrial sites across the United States. You generate the job, drive to the rig, do the work, document it, and get a signature and a PO. The office turns that into an invoice and you get paid. That is the floor. There are five more ways to earn on top of it. Once a year you elect who buys the parts: you keep the parts margin, or Rig ACE does.
Everything the office needs to put you on a rig. It goes to service@rigace.com and a person reads it.
Fill in the ones you hold and leave the rest blank. Carrier and policy number for each.
Work that is bigger than a service call. A rebuild, an install, a shutdown. Land it and lead it and you earn 10% of the profit. That is for a job finished clean: if it has to be redone, or management has to step in to straighten it out, the company ends up working the job for free and the 10% is forfeited.

Anything you take off a location. A board, a VFD, a heater, a generator control module. Document it before it leaves the rig floor.

A call you can't run yourself. Write it up properly and another tech gets dispatched with everything he needs. You originated it, so there is 5% in it for you. On the ticket if he is Tier 3 or up, out of his own share if he is Tier 1 or 2 and agrees to it.
{{ hoSentBlurb }}
This share comes out of his earnings on the ticket, so he can turn it down. Mark what he said.
It is your call now. Hand it to somebody else, run it yourself, or tell the customer nobody is available.
Admin only. A technician cannot move himself. Every change needs a reason and goes on the record.
Percentage of labor and mileage. Parts never enter it. Tier 1 is the top: a man who runs his own book and feeds the crew below him. A man moves on how much work he brings in for himself and how much he brings in for the others.
